Q: Will I Need Many Visits?
This depends on your individual conditionGigi typically sees three types of clients

Acute Pain (sport injuries, motor vehicle accidents, ankle sprains, post-surgical, etc),

Chronic Pain (persistant) (osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, TMJ pain, headaches, back pain, etc.),

General Health Maintenance (sessions designed to balance and maintain positive health).

At your first visit, we will discuss how many sessions may be indicated for you.  Usually people feel appreciable changes within a few sessions. Constant communication will ensure you are receiving the most beneficial modality of care.

Personal Health Questionnaire
Viewing the body systems as a whole. It is well known our circulatory, nervous, musculoskeletal, organ and lymphatic systems work together. While many therapies traditionally treat these systems separately, this treatment views your body-mind as an intelligent whole. If any one part is overworked or out of balance it places a burden on the whole.

With Lowen Systems Dynamic Manual Interface (DMI) the trained Manual Therapist gently and specifically feelsinterprets, and facilitates the natural rhythmic activities of motion and fluid pressures within your soft and connective tissues for better communication, regulation, and adaptation of your body's systems. Improving biomechanics and system balance in your body.
